As a Director of Photography, Director/Cameraman, Camera Operator, or Still Photographer, Tony combines his passion for storytelling and picture making with over 20 years of experience. He works with a variety of imaging technologies, formats and processes including: 35mm, 16mm, high definition, standard definition, 3D, still photography, and time-lapse photography.
"I sincerely love what I do. To have the opportunity to create images within a frame that can tell a story, create emotion, teach… I consider myself extremely fortunate that I've been able to make a career out of something I enjoy."
As someone with a passion for his work, Tony draws upon many sources of inspiration and motivation. He is hyper aware of things like positive attitudes, work ethics, production logistics, and creative minds. He is fascinated by the talents of a production crew, musicians, photographers, cinematographers, scientists, philosophers, writers and athletes; truly appreciating what it takes to do something well.
"I try and use that appreciation of focus, talent, and thoughtfulness to constantly strive to further my talents, and to exceed the expectations of those with whom I work."
Tony has taught camera and lighting classes as an adjunct professor at Rowan University and continues to be a resource for their video and film department. He is the father of two awesome teenagers (boy and girl), a proud husband of a critical care nurse, and has two cool cats: three-legged Charlie (aka "Tripod"), and Chloe.
